Today at 11 a.m. Donald Trump and the Miss Universe organization will hold a press conference to announce the fate of Miss California USA, Carrie Prejean. Many feel she should be dethroned for her topless photo, while others say if he gave Tara Conner a "second chance," Prejean has nothing to worry about. In the event Prejean's crown is revoked, state First Runner-up and former Miss Teen USA Tami Ferrell would become the new Miss California USA; rumor has it she is engaged and will not be competing again.
