Miss Grand Lake Outstanding Teen: Kelsey Barrett
Both Teens are from Wapakoneta; this is Allison's first title but Kelsey has competed at Ohio's Outstanding Teen with Allison's title.
I'm told the talent was outstanding, with emcee/entertainers Marlia Fontaine-Wiess, former Miss Ohio and Kyrsten Chambers, former Miss West Central Ohio.
