The date has been set for Miss Portsmouth, Miss Scioto Valley and Teen titles! Executive Director, Greg Davis, will hold his program on Saturday, October 3rd at 7:30 p.m. in the beautiful Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on the campus of Shawnee State University, Portsmouth.
