Miss North Coast: Chelsi Howman
The photo on the left is from this years Miss Ohio parade; Chelsi was Miss Mansfield's Outstanding Teen. She'll begin her senior year in high school this fall. Chelsi's platform deals with bullying and she plays the banjo for talent. This was her first pageant at the Miss level.
