Okay, I guess I can say I was a bit surprised by Michigan but I knew when I saw her interview on the TLC site that she was a big contender and amazingly articulate for an 18 yr. old. I had her in my top 5, along with VA, WA, IN, and CA. I have to say...(not bragging)I must be able to pick them because this is my third year of having 4 out of the top 5 right. I did have IN chosen to win but MI is a great choice! Any locals need a judge...??? ;) ~Nancy P.S. Kaye Lani was right when she told a friend shortly after Miss MI that Kirsten was going to be Miss America...how cool is that?
