I have had the opportunity to meet and see Caitlin perform at numerous Miss Virginia preliminaries- she is very active over here, fitting in locals whenever she can attend. Such a sweet lady with a very entertaining talent...I would recommend anyone try to attend this! She's an outstanding representative for the teen program!
